1. Definitions

4. Account Management

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 888php reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts after this period, subject to applicable law. Players will be notified prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 888php platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any 888php content without prior written authorization from 888php.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888php shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruptions to platform availability due to technical maintenance, server outages, or circumstances beyond 888php's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Decisions made by you in connection with your use of the platform, including the outcome of any bets placed.
• Any third-party services, payment processors, or software providers integrated into the 888php platform.

888php's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Your continued use of the 888php platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, your sole recourse is to close your account and withdraw any remaining real-money balance.
